As part of their training, the team will take part in a swimming familiarization session at the Marion City Pool.
This hands-on experience will include instruction on how to properly select, fit, and wear a life jacket, along with guided orientation in the water to build comfort and confidence. Participants will also practice essential water safety skills designed to prepare them for a variety of aquatic environments and scenarios.
