Take a scenic hike from Unity Park to Falls Park along the Swamp Rabbit Trail, one of Greenville’s most popular greenways.

This leisurely route follows the Reedy River and offers beautiful views, shaded paths, and plenty of places to pause and enjoy the surroundings. It’s the perfect outing for nature lovers—and their four-legged companions!

Dogs are welcome, so be sure to bring your leashed hiking buddy along for the adventure. With nearby water fountains, open green spaces, and pet-friendly amenities along the way, it’s a great way to enjoy Greenville’s natural beauty together.

Greenville’s newest 60-acre park offers a vibrant mix of recreation and community space. It features four modern playgrounds, a 4,100-square-foot splash pad, two large green spaces, and a 10,000-square-foot welcome center with restrooms, a first-aid station, and event space.

The park includes basketball courts and a historic baseball field from the former Mayberry Park, built in 1925. The Reedy River flows through the park, crossed by three pedestrian bridges and bordered by the 23-mile Swamp Rabbit Trail. Visitors can also enjoy 2.5 miles of looped walking trails and seven convenient bike rack stations.
